Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed after the event has concluded.

All cancellations received by 5:00 p.m. October 22, 2021, will be entitled to a refund, less a $40.00 administrative fee. Prepaid registrants not canceled by this date are not eligible for a refund. Please note that no refunds will be made after October 22, 2021
