By having the right data and the right people in the room at the same time, the City of West Palm Beach is truly executing its strategy, with the city manager and mayor saying that these are the most valuable meetings they participate in all month. Recently, the city has invested its resources in a community dashboard, which will act as a public-facing website designed for the city to provide more robust information, insights and analysis to citizens.
