As fast as the world is changing today, it will seem slow compared to the pace in the weeks, months, and years ahead. Leaders like you are expected to manage increasing complexity, balance competing priorities, and deliver results for your communities without burning out. The old model of resilience, which focuses on pushing through, staying strong, and simply bouncing back, may have worked in the past, but it isn’t enough to thrive in today’s constantly changing environment. Instead, we must develop Unshakable Resilience.  Unshakable Resilience isn’t just a mindset, it’s a muscle that anyone can develop. In this interactive keynote, Hoan Do will share proven strategies to adapt, grow, and thrive no matter what challenges come your way. You’ll discover a framework for turning adversity into a catalyst for growth, learn a simple yet profound way to make embracing change easier, and experience how easy it can be to build meaningful connections and a supportive community.
