Golf Tournament

Why not mix a little fun along with your education in Orlando! Join your fellow FGFOA members in a friendly scramble golf tournament on Sunday morning before the conference.  Plans have been made for a wonderful event full of contests and prizes at the Hawk’s Landing Golf Club located right outside the resort front door.

The Hawk’s Landing Golf Club, a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, is designed to challenge and inspire. The 6,600+ yards, par 71 championship course with its interconnected waterways and natural beauty provides a challenging yet rewarding and memorable experience for players of all skill levels.  The course is lined with lush tropical landscaping to enhance the tall native plants along with waterways that meander throughout the course making the golf experience at Hawk’s Landing truly unforgettable.

Before hitting the course, complementary range balls will be available for practice. During the round, each cart will offer a touch screen GPS system to provide accurate yardages. There will also be a 10% discount on golf shop merchandise for tournament participants.
